What We Collect
For tax fact-finding: personal, financial, and tax-related information, and uploaded documents which may contain tax file numbers. Where documents contain TFNs, we store them strictly as a service provider acting on behalf of your registered tax agent, in accordance with the Privacy (Tax File Number) Rule 2015. For cryptocurrency reporting: entity information, exchange and wallet details, and transaction files. Across both services: your email address, messages exchanged through the platform, and IP addresses for security purposes.

To facilitate tax and cryptocurrency report preparation by registered tax agents.
Who Sees It
The accounting firm your submission is linked to. We also use third-party service providers for email delivery, database hosting, file storage, application hosting, and error monitoring, located in Australia, Singapore, and the United States.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact jamie@nexusreporting.com.au. We respond within 30 days.
